Dakota: The Pigeon Harpy

Ascending from the heavens to scout the wasteland of the planet, Dakota finds a human traveling the wasted plains, and takes an interest to them. They teach the human how to read, as many signs lay around the wasteland. Dakota's main mission was to see how the planet was doing, but found themselves falling in love with traveling with the human, and abandons the mission.
